This package is mostly leaves, it does not have many stems or stalks… you can actually use the whole weight because it is all leaves. I'll be sticking with this brand from now on.

What's the difference between the blends?
Marshmallow is the smoothest and mildest. Damiana is lighter and more aromatic. Mullein is soft and mellow. Not sure? Try the 30g packs first.
